I had a great experience! Rachel was wonderful. She was very knowledgeable about everything and on any question we had. I like that she was not pushy. Chad Roanhaus, the new car manager walked us through every step of the way, made the buying experience exceptional. Our saleswoman, Reyna was amazing as well, she kept us updated on our order, we felt she went above and beyond to keep us informed and happy. We have had our 2025 Yukon for only a week but my husband has gone on and on about the smooth quiet ride. This is our third Yukon and GMC continues to make a great product. Again, Chad and Reyna are the best two GM reps we have experienced.

As always staff was friendly and did their best to help, however, when I got in my truck, the interior had dirt smears on the driver side door. I had just cleaned it the day before coming in. Also, the squeaking that happens with my brakes was still occurring but after talking more about solutions, I decided it would be best to wait until the next visit.
